Why do I need ClientLink?

You will have full access to all the resources available on our website but ClientLink also allows you to access a secure portal where your personal information may be stored.

Have you ever logged into your bank’s website to access your banking information?  When you do so, you are accessing your personal information through a secure site via a password-protected client portal.

At Raymon PielechZexter PC we have been using paperless technology for several years.  The next logical step is to provide this information to our clients through a client portal.  At your request we are able to store your tax returns or other information for you.  This information will always be  available to you through our website.

What are the benefits of Using ClientLink?

The benefits of using this electronic safety deposit box are numerous. The obvious benefit is access to your financial data any time from any where.  The devastation of recent natural disasters like Hurricane Katrina has made disaster planning imperative.  This portal is like an electronic information vault allowing uninterrupted access to key information from external sites.  Large files can be transferred to and from your professional advisors quickly, easily and safely.

Is it difficult to use?

Some clients have expressed concerns about using the portal.  Those who are reluctant to use the new technology will find the system to be very user friendly.  All the data is organized by your accountant and only the information they have requested will be included on the site.

Is my information secure?

Security shouldn’t be a concern.  The portal is far more secure than transferring data through e-mail attachment.  The data is stored in separate client files at a secure facility with fingerprint security.  Far greater levels of security than the deadbolt lock in an office.  All access to data is password protected and access to files can be limited by individual.

In the near future, you will be able to provide access to your portal to other professional advisors including your financial advisor and lawyers.  You will have the option to use your portal as a repository for duplicates of all your important documents.
