History

On June 1, 1970, Elliot I. Rosenfield, CPA and Melvyn A. Holland, PA, merged their accounting practices into a partnership with the firm name of Rosenfield and Holland.  Jeffrey L. Raymon, CPA was admitted as a Partner on February 1, 1984.

In 1985, the Firm incorporated under the name Rosenfield, Holland and Raymon PC.

On January 1, 2000, the Firm merged with the firm of Pielech and Pielech, PC., Robert M. Pielech, CPA was admitted as a new Shareholder.  The formal name was changed to Rosenfield Holland Raymon and Pielech PC.

On January 1, 2001, Alan Zexter, CPA was admitted as a Shareholder.

Lisa Szargowicz became a Shareholder on January 1, 2008.

In October 2009 the firm changed its name to Raymon Pielech Zexter PC.

The Firm currently has locations in New Bedford, Fall River and Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.  The Firm has grown to its present size through internal growth as well as mergers and acquisitions.
